Rhubarb-Raspberry Jam

Herdog suggested I try a batch of rhubarb-raspberry jam, and am I ever glad I did! This could possibly be the best jam I have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. Not too sweet, not too sour. Just perfect!
While out picking the rhubarb, the mint smelled yummy, so I picked a couple of sprigs to toss in.
Yield isn't great on this recipe- barely two pints.  Definitely worth doing again though.

    I knew you like that Jam. Isn't a great combo. But I cns see putting mint in it too. I think I might have to go buy more of those dang raspberry, my spearmint is needing pruning, and dang if the rhubarb isn't growing again.

    I was going to say the two pups didn't look too different in size but then I saw the older post of them on the bed....so I guess I won't. ha ha ha
